Nisar Foundation established in 2010 with an objective providing education & growth of the economically, educationally and socially weaker sections of society. It is an Educational and Social Welfare Society registered in 2015 under the Society’s Registration Act of 1860 and also a Public Trust registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act 1950. It is also applied for registration under section 12(a) of Income Tax Act 1961 and u/s 80G of the said Act by the Income Tax Commissioner, Pune. With a view to imparting basic Education, the Society has aim to start many Schools, Colleges, Charitable Hospitals, Orphanage and Madrasa at various places in the State.
The Nisar Foundation management is trying to expand its Educational and Social activities as per the requirements of the society in general, guided and aided by Educationists, Visionaries, Philanthropists and Friends, in order to pursue its goal “Education is the most Powerfull WEAPON to Change the world.”

I welcome you to the website of Nisar Foundation. Our Association is registered in Maharashtra under Societies Act, 1860 in 2015. I am proud as President, Nisar Foundation to be registered a Society which have aims to work for needy & economically backward peoples. I am aware that since inception, this Association has taken active steps which have impacted the lives of Nisar Foundation members in a very positive and meaningful way. I earnestly hope that our efforts will continue with the same spirit in the future too. I want to inform you that we have an agenda for future which would find speedy implementation during my tenure. I would want to see that the regional committees to work meticulously to come up with best possible results for the benefit of our members and society. I assure you that Nisar Foundation would continue to pursue activities that are beneficial to all of you.
